FIESTA HOURS:

Friday, June 26, 2009, 3-10pm

Saturday, June 27, 2009, 12pm-12am

Sunday, June 28, 2009, 12-10pm

SPACE AND FEE INFORMATION:

• 12 x 10 = One space
• One space = $40/day. The fee is $50/space after the deadline.
• Vendor is required to purchase space for a minimum of two days.
• Special rate of $90/space for all 3 days when reserved for 3 days.
• After deadline, cost will be $120/space for 3 days.
• Suggested donation for non-profits is $85/space for 3 days.
• Total fee, in form of cashier’s check or money order must be enclosed with application and received by May 29, 2009.
• NO PERSONAL CHECKS
• No refunds for cancellation notices received after June 5, 2009.
• All vendors must provide their own shelter, tables, chairs and lighting.
• Electricity will be provided if the need is indicated on the application.

DONATION GIFTS: In lieu of increasing your cost we ask that you donate one(1) gift per day to be donated to OLG Chalupa (Bingo) committee. Each donated gift should be in good taste and have the vendor’s business card attached for vendor acknowledgement. Each vendor will receive a donation receipt for donated gifts. Donated gifts are to be turned in on the first day of attendance to be given to the contact person or designee.

GUIDELINES:

• Vendor agrees to keep their space open during Fiesta hours.
• All vendors agree to check in at Vendor Check-In at least one hour prior to Fiesta opening. At that time, you will be directed to your reserved space.
• Vendor spaces are to be made attractive and kept clean.
• Vendors are to provide a sign or business cards displaying the business/organization name.
• No alcoholic beverages are allowed on church grounds before, during, or after Fiesta hours.
• Vendors may not sell food or raffle tickets. However, free drawings are permissible.
• All materials displayed or sold must be in good taste. Products that convey gang, sexual, violent, or negative cult-related messages, images, language, or innuendos are forbidden. The contact person named above or any other member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Fiesta Committee reserves the right to ask you to remove any merchandise he/she determines is inappropriate to display during our Fiesta. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction from the premises, and no refund will be given.

I understand that neither Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church nor any of its representatives will be held liable for any damages or losses I, or the business/organization, may incur as a vendor at the Fiesta. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and their representatives from any and all liability resulting from events including but not limited to acts of others, or acts of God, occurring as a result of my presence as a vendor at the Fiesta, I understand that Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church reserves the right to reject my application and will do so in writing with the prompt return of payment within 14 days of the receipt of the application. I will be contacted, at the phone number I have listed, when my application has been accepted.
